I’m a housewife now?

No. I am a business owner who happens to work from home and also likes to home make! I made myself a ton of promises before leaving California. The main one is to prioritise family, prioritise serving the ones I love by giving them my full attention, helping them around the house, and practicing general kindness to everyone around me.
It has been so fulfilling and feels great. This is truly the happiest I have been in a long time. I cannot stop thinking positive thoughts haha. The air here is fresh, I am with the most loving husband, and my cat seems to be cuddlier, because it is colder.

Making dinner every night is so much fun, because I get to be creative. Making coffee and doing chores is easier because our home is smaller, and less of a chore. We have so much less physical stuff after purging from the move, and I feel so free.
We have fresh air walks for as long as the sun is out, otherwise it gets really cold! It is so fun though to step outside for a few minutes and take deep breaths of air in. We have a HUGE yard. The houses where we live are established landmarks as historical Victorian and Colonial homes.

I stopped wearing such intense makeup, because there hardly is any sun here. There is less product on my face from wearing sun cream. We are only here for one year in this area, then we start building our home on a few acres of land. It is so exciting!
Life is slower. I am starting a book club, classical music club, and started on my treadmill that arrived a couple days ago. Life is getting organised. My new drivers license with a new state and glamorous photo haha. My clothes are unpacked, and I feel like a million bucks as I finished all my paperwork a while ago getting set up and studying for my real estate license. I am having so much fun.
