Drawing out my manor plans and more updates

I am on my way to taking the Real Estate PSI Exam.

Today, I got my real estate certification finishing my course and taking its hefty exam. It was tough, and I am definitely not ready since phoning it in the past six months. Here goes nothing. I have been wondering if I should simply get a steady career rather than start over from scratch as I do not have much of a reputation in this new location I am moving.

This is tough as I have been asking for Google reviews to help literally put me on the indexing map so that my business pops up when searched. Some days I feel like I am taking the world by storm. Other moments, I feel like I have not left much of a mark. It just means I have to keep going, create higher quality videos applying what I have learnt, and make a big life-changing decision.

Catching up on clothes

It feels like it has been a while since properly posting on my blog a real blog post full of news. Or at least what I like to call one where I connect with you personally instead of posting about etiquette or other information.

Lately, I have been growing out of posting the same tired content routinely since having shared my latest hauls, and things to purchase to feel and look elegant. I am also not a fan of sharing things brand want me to review for them. They usually want a full review of something that takes me multiple seasons or sometimes a year to review, because of how careful you know I am of letting absolutely anything into my home. It lives in my mind and is added to cart for months!

This made me take a step back and realise I do not want to be a part of the profligate mindset and consuming machine. I do not even like buying things. In no way am I trying to be sanctimonious telling other what to do. It is simply my personal preference I am sharing with you here. On my blog.

I read this article by Time Magazine how most sustainable brands are not that sustainable, and we only wear most of our outfits nowhere near fifty times. It is sad, because we purchase most of our garments thinking we will wear them forever, and love them until they are in tatters. My closet was the prime example of not even being touched with still donning tags. This is changing and has been since purchasing only what suits my lifestyle.

What I am listening to: Dvorák Symphony No. 9 Molto Vivace

This is what I want my new trailer for YouTube and general theme song to be.

Something a music director of an orchestra suggested: Márquez Danzón No. 2

A seasoned music director from an orchestra suggested this piece as I asked him what he was currently listening to. If you listen to this with earphones, it starts off clean and relaxing; taking you away. As the piece goes on, the energy appropriately makes you want to dance, yet is a timeless refrain to wrap your mind around routinely. This is definitely a work I will be coming back to over the years.

A new trailer for my YouTube channel is coming at the end of this season.

I have been wanting to incorporate more of my current lifestyle to give a new feel to the channel, because I am not who I was yesterday. Nor am I the individual who made the last trailer several months ago. It does not suit the current narrative of what is going on in my countryside life versus the previous Hollywood Hills lifestyle. Having been sick of it for ages now, I changed it to how to the How to elegantly respond to insults video to hold its place.

What to expect in the new trailer

I was thinking something to do with horses since we do live in the horse capital of the world. You will definitely see a lot of our farm, forest, and manor. Redecorating the house to be view-able is also a big project we are undertaking.

No worries, though. In due time, everything will fall into place. Everything takes time, and this monumental project is going to be a behemoth in effort.

Etiquette library / encyclopedia

I was thinking of creating an etiquette library for people to access anywhere. When they have a certain category or lifestyle they want to look up, the guidelines for etiquette and protocol are there.

Let me know the topics you would like to see that you would think are appropriate broaching on YouTube, my blog, and eventually in the etiquette library. It is always a thrill to hear from you, and share something more in depth.

Thank you so much for taking time to read the end of this post. I hope you find some inspiration in this and feel free to share with your friends as a free way to help my blog grow. Your support is endlessly appreciated.
