In this video, I had Covid and meditating kept my spirits up! I was so positive when I was sick — on another level. It was mostly due to meditation and focusing inward.



I use these technique when I’m under tons of stress, after something bad happened or if I have received overwhelming news. I have to say, it works every single time. This is considering the fact that I am a high-strung, high anxiety, panicking person. I find myself annoying in my own head when I witness myself go through the motions. Sometimes we literally need to breathe to handle a situation and think clearly.
Everything will be handled in the end. People are captivated by those who can keep cool in stressful situations. Now you know how to be one of those individuals.
