Exaggerate to get people’s attention. The way people react to bad news is much louder and stronger compared to receiving good or average news. They will always remember how they felt when they heard something that gave them such a mighty reaction. So be memorable when declaring information.

I used to gather a bunch of good news highlights all week, but people would pass it off in conversation immediately. It’s not a big deal when people aren’t affected or are just numb to seeing positivity — sad to say.

  1. Get to work
  2. Watch a new show
  3. Read the news
  4. Listen to a book, podcast, documentary, YouTube video of something interesting
  5. Watch mindset videos on YouTube for comportment – any sort of self development 
  6. Something food
  7. Something fashion 
  8. Something you – to talk about in case you’re asked what you did today / some news about yourself or family / highlight this week 
  9. Talk to your coworkers/ppl you know who you see everyday
  10. Start/work on/finish a project – to talk about an accomplishment

When you are listening you have the upper hand. This is because when you’re listening you’re learning. You’re gathering information to connect better with people so you don’t have to come up with new things to say all the time.

Don’t be an empty shell. Connect and live life with others. It will not only supplement your social circle, but enhance your friendships and network.
